BTW, it couldnt hold that pop to $24 two weeks back because there was no reason for it. Arbs then shorted CTEL and longed 1137 in HK, making profit off the spread. The spread has narrowed greatly and now CTEL only trades at a 5% to 10% premium to 1137. Also, weighing on the stock were rumors that Pacific Century Cyberworks dumped their entire stake.
