Hi Olu,

Copper I agree (I am part of the class action suit settlement with Sumitomo).

Gold is simple. Never be short. Go long on the leveraged plays (like Durban Deep) only when the sentiment index is below 20. Get out when the announcements on anything gold related, good or bad, show a marked increase.
Buy physical gold with the profits and repeat the process.
