Joe: I don't think it is the "shorts"! Check out this site: viwes.com You raise a good question though ... my guess is that it is people at or near the inside, together with people like me that have held forever and set an exit point and simply took advantage, maybe not fully knowing the news that is out. Of course there are always people willing to sell and jump on to another horse or just plain need to sell for personal reasons. I don't have a link to insider activity, the kind that has to be reported before the transaction can be completed. If you know of where we could find the web-page for insider trading, that would be a good page to look at. Mel
