Gary, that is a very interesting thought on GALT being a take over target, I have been watching them sink like a Led Zeppelin for a while.

they make some of the Gallium arsenide chips, ala RFMD and AHAA, don't they?

I see that CSCO accounts for 25% of sales. Are they being manhandled and outexecuted by stronger competitors such as PMCS, TXN etc.

Remember Galileo, the stargazer? In this incarnation, Galileo turns out to be a control freak. Galileo Technology designs and markets single-chip embedded control systems for the Internet, LANs, WANs, and other high-performance computer networks. Specializing in semiconductor devices for the data communications market, the fabless company offers system controllers for central processing subsystems, switched Ethernet controllers for LAN communications, and WAN communication controllers for remote-access applications. Cisco Systems accounts for more than 25% of sales, and other OEM customers include Hewlett-Packard and Madge Networks. Chairman and CEO Avigdor Willenz owns more than 25% of Galileo.
