I agree Jim that price is holding well. Hi market valuation also
helps.
I think that TM is negotiating with STchuruk right nowÿ
as to what his role ought to be. They made him an offerÿ
to be with ST in Paris or at least as advisor.
But what ALA reallyÿ needs is hire him as Head Salesman.
He may need some more of an incentive though.

Prhaps that incentive will come in June, AFTER
the ALAL/NN deal is sealed. This way investors don'tÿ
get upset when TM is given another 2%? or 4%? ofÿ
ALA stock options. That may look like an inducement for him
to agree to sell NN at this low sale price of 0.815XALA.

This may look like he sold NN shareholders short.
May be it is.

But perhaps that is all TM could get for NN ( 0.815 ).
The reason is that the big players ( CSCO & NT ) did not enter
the bidding because of

a)previous " bad blood " and " burning of bridges ",

ÿÿÿ or, becauseÿ

b) they did not want to admit publicly that they did need TMs technology after all

ÿÿÿ or, because

c) they did not want to get into a big bidding war if one of them made a bid
ÿÿÿ ( surely the other I think would have smelled a rat and made a higher counterbidÿ ).

Just speculating,

while the market churns,

TA

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Hi TA,
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Given that many NN shareholders bought in anticipation of a takeover over the last few months, I think the shareprice is holding up well. Over the next
year or so the
ÿÿÿÿÿÿ true value of ALA's move will become apparent. I can wait.ÿ

ÿÿÿÿÿÿ Jim

The volume of at the money calls traded today -- almost 2000 contracts (calls) at the 35 strike, for a pretty good premium, suggests that somebody out there expects this puppy to have a little more play.
