What makes you say that? It doesn't look that way to me but I'm no chartist. It was up weakly in the morning while the rest of the Nasdaq was up powerfully. Finally it trailed along, only to sink back. (I dumped my 1000 trading shares at 94 but still hold my core position.) This has been the pattern, it's up weakly or even down on days when the rest of the Nasdaq or DOW is up, it's down big on the down days.
