ADLT finished up 100% today. Not bad! They are another one of those companies with interesting call letters <g>

On the SLI front:
Snippets from the press releases regarding Stanley Electric:
manufacturing plant for the production of surface mount (SMT) LEDs (light emitting diodes). SLI, Inc. will have a 70% ownership position in this manufacturing joint venture

This joint venture will benefit both companies as applications grow significantly over the next few years for SMT LEDs in value added systems assemblies.

This agreement will bring to SLI (formerly Chicago Miniature Lamp) the same depth of LED technology, including "white LEDs", as any of the large industry players.

From the 1998 Annual Report:

OSA Electronik GmbH of Berlin, Germany, designer and manufacturer of LEDs (including "White LEDs") was acquired to further develop resources in this rapidly expanding technology

Well, either they'll use white LEDs or they won't but it sounds like they PLAN on it <g>. They now have at least an interest in two white LED manufacturing ventures.

Or maybe they'll pull an ADLT and FLASH us with a communications play, LOL.
