Steve:

Just to be sure that I know what I am reading,....
- are these YOUR forecasts with respect to Rambus per share earnings for the years listed or are these numbers from an underwriter of Rambus? Or are they something else?

Assuming that the numbers represent earnings, and irrespective, of source, a couple of questions:
- what royalty number (per chip or per Mbit) is assumed in the forecast. What per annum depreciation percentage is used? What volume discount numbers are assumed?

If this is just a "rough guess" approach:
- Is the current price of the RMBS products used as a starting point? What per annum price reduction percentage has been used. What percentage increase in volumes are assumed?

Basically, I just want to get behind the assumptions that underline these figures. Then we can get at the nitty-gritty of the situation. Should be fun.

Best, Earlie
