Joe: Thanks for the link .... looks like Judith is in the drivers seat with over 18% of the stock in her control. That is Power!!! Maybe that is why the upcoming action ... to get Mr. Ting back into his "comfort zone" and to give Judith a vehicle for herself. Just wild speculation on my part. At any rate it is good to see that there are no filings to sell blocks of stock. I'm wondering if the old EPLTF has a large quantity of stock in the general fund and therefore available to the public? As light as the float has been for a number of years, you do have to wonder where all the shares are coming from now. Oh well, not to wonder now, just get ready to make the next decision some day. Hold, Sell, Buy more, etc.. We have just experienced the best single day in my life of ownership of the stock ... is there another one in store for tomorrow?? No shorts to speak of .... no insider-officer selling ... a rather light float, some real excitement about the stock ... seems to me that there is more steam in this engine! Mel

Joe: FWIW Judah Krausner is a guy ... my mistake. Also, I found on the 'net that he is/was very active in the New York area performing arts as a judge/juror award selector. Most of the activity I found in that regard dates back 3 or 4 years. His "bio" in one of the awards program lists him as an inventor/wireless communications inventions. That dates back to 1996. I'm finding some comfort in the fact the fellow is multi-dimensional and has a number of years invested in his field ... to the point that he is recognized in a positive manner! I am also taking comfort in the 8,000,000 plus total outstanding shares. 1.6 mil owned by Krausner and I forgot how many Ting owns ... there is not a large volume of shares available to the public! If it turns really warm/hot it won't have much choice but to move up in a hurry! The next several weeks should be very interesting! Mel
