Shag if I know, other than to get under our skin.

I saw this incredible show on Discovery or Learning Channel last night. This 20 year old girl was flying a ragtag commercial flight along with her mother over the jungle in Peru. The plane blew up and she fell 10,000 feet still strapped in her seat and wound up in a tree. (Something must be bogus about this falling height biz, but there was a Soviet stew that fell out of a jet at 35,000 feet and somehow survived.)

Anyway, she proceeded to use her wits and truly remarkable determination to walk out (10 days) following streams to a major river to find a native to take her to civilization.

Along the way out she got bit by these flies (name begins with a B, like BoBong) that drop a larve which digs under your skin and starts eating away forming huge pustules full of these maggots. And they get going full force in two days. She bent a ring she had and dug the buggers out so they wouldn't eat her alive. I immediately thought of Booger as the replay actress was shown digging these maggots out.
