I don't dare to guess on CEGE. I've never had good timing picking tops. However, it looks cheap relative to other biotechs. It seems as though fund money is accumulating here. The most recent information I have is 12/99 at which time Putnam, Barclays Global, Morgan grenfell, Aeltus Investment were all accumulating. Only 32 million shares outstanding. If institutions are buying & holding right now, one can only guess where she goes...
