"How big is the potential 8i slice of the total enterprise apps market ?" Dinesh- Big! That's about what I recall being said in the CC right before the run up in Oracle price. I believe it's also something some Oracle experts told me when I asked the same question on their thread. I sure wish I could be more specific, but I just can't recall the details to defend my, "big," statement. When I did understand it, I thought(wrongly) it wasn't for real. I haven't kept up with it since. So I don't even know how it's going. IMO, understanding Oracle's new push to Internet enable everything was just as complicated as understanding CTXS used to be for me. And since ORCL quadrupled after I sold out my position, I just wasn't motivated to dig back into the details. Especially since I'm so focused in the telecom equipment sector. Hence this lame, and maybe incorrect, information I offer. Sorry. -MikeM(From Florida) PS It sure would be nice to get better search capablities within SI.
