HEP, with the recent private placement and conversion of preferred stocks, total OS is 12.7 million. Additional conversion is expected which will bring the shares to 15-16 million or so. Based on current OS, the market cap is $800 M on today's closing price of 63. It's moving lower afterhours to 58 1/2. Maybe it'll get to 1/2 B mark by Friday.

Regards,

Tom

>Somebody had to be buying these companies, so who was it?<

Victims of a pump and dump!

Lucent has a licensing agreement with (AMSD) American Superconductor, Nortel recommends CDST filters,ISCO has sold more filters than SCON and SCON is begging for OEM's in their PR. SCON is way behind in this four horse race!!!!
