Agreed JFD, What ever I bought here will be my best MSFT buy in a long time. I must thank DOJ and TPJ for making this happen. My gut says, the stock is going to start moving up soon or the climb has already begun. Todays 53 Million volume on a 1.5 pt. up day is strong. === REASONS TO BUY MSFT NOW: (1)MSFT is almost 25% OFF it's 52 week high solely on anticipation of a negative ruling by Judge Pinhead ####### against MSFT. Even løNasdaq delayed 15 in a worst case scenario, MSFT IS WORTH MORE THAN THE SUM OF IT'S PARTS, making any potential "breakup" of MSFT a potential WINDFALL for shareholders(see e.g.T shareholders since the 1984 break-up), (2)Despite a calculated effort to manipulate MSFT's stock price in the past few weeks by the Street with tales L4q of woe regarding Windows 2000 and dire predictions of MSFT's declining importance in an"Internet world", THE EXACT OPPOSITE IS TRUE. Windows 2000 will be the dominant o/s for most businesses and will create tons of revenues within the next 6 months. (3)This quarter's earnings will be SOLID, factoring in revenues f7#¾[Image] from holiday sales of computers, ergo Windows 98 sales from those holiday sales which were not fully accounted for in last quarter's earnings report. (4)the deals being made over the past few days with wireless phone companies, in addition to deals previously made with T and other cable companies for use of MSFT software for "set-top boxes" will be "kicking in" shortly, thereby INCREASING REVENUES for the next few quarters. (5)No matter who wins this year's elections, MSFT WILL INFLUENCE THE NEW PRESIDENT and/or CONGRESS through use of well-paid lobbyists, whose mission in life is to get the best deal from legislators for their employers, in this case being THE RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD, Bill Gates. Therefore, in conclusion, ONLY STUPID NIMRODS ARE BAILING OUT OF MSFT NOW. BE SMART. BUY MSFT NOW OR ADD TO YOUR POSITIONS. BUY LOW/SELL HIGH, not the other way around.
