BP: Flash -MRV a favorite of ORBITEX fund

Here is evidence of recent inst. buying of MRV
cbs.marketwatch.com - should be a positive for tommorrow's trading.

ALso if you follow the link on yahoo to the fund and inst. holdings, on the top right hand (in blue) you will see holdings as of Feb 18, 2000.

Here is another link that I use regularly to watch the fund buyings everyday partners.thomsoninvest.net
and believe me the ratio of inst. to retail has gone up in the last few weeks.

As far as ownership is concerned, you are probably correct. Total of 73% outstanding shares owned by inst. and insiders resulting in a scarce stock (0.73x27.5m = approx 20m float.
Where did you get the 33m number from?

Another interesting stat.: Net inst. buying is 5.25m shares for the latest qtr. from the days of 1.2m shares trading. We have just begun trading higher volumes (3m or so) perhaps indicating more fund (note fund not inst.) buying.

Regards
