Forgive me if I'm wrong, but didn't your opinion used to be that RDRAM would be good for graphics boards only? If your opinion has changed, what changed it? If I've misremembered your opinion, again, apologies

My opinion about RDRAM has always been that it is very good for graphics (like PSII), other high bandwidth applications, and ultimately for low cost (pin count) applications like Timna, when the cost comes down.

I don't see much performance value for DRDRAM on a motherboard, unless the latency issues are resolved.
