Hi Harry:

No the NYSEBP moved to 31 down 1 from last weeks 32. Its actually ready to give a sell signal if it hits 30.
The OPBP is still in X's and the other two s/t (includes the hi lo) are in O's.

I've been in about 50% cash (at 20% after today) in my trading account and 20% (0% today)in the IRA's. My problem is the buy list I have, basically all the top stocks on my list have been up 30% to 50% since I raised the cash. So like a fool I jumped back on board in my second tier list (more speculative).

I can be jumping off the cliff and I think this shows that I'm not a good trader since the #1 rule is to perserve capital. The opportunity will always be there unless we are in a bear market.

I see the GANN quarterly chart gave its first sell signal of this bull market (and Favors is advising his readers to raise cash in this bounce).

I think we still have market turbulence ahead but the NAZ is going to continue to see funds rotated into it. The only NYSE stock I have is Q (options actually) which I'll probably close out of after one more day of takeout speculation.

For the last 4 years I've been fully invested and have suffered major losses as the stocks corrected (remember wind and chkp last year when they had the haircuts, stops did no good). But the stocks of good companies with good fundamentals will come back (although the multiple may decrease).

At least this year the technicals look good on my positions.
Some are speculative but others are fine. I still like the software and optics.

The one thing I do know is this is a crazy market. I know I'm a lousy trader / investor and so far I've been doing pretty well. This will end and I'm sure it will end badly but I'm betting things in the tech sector will end ok.

I reserve the right to go to cash again tomorrow.

Sorry I can't post more Harry. Have to work and am on a trip next week (unplanned until two weeks ago and this is not the time of year for it).

Tim

PS my speculative idea is VLNC. I've traded it 3 times and its starting to be accumulated again. I'm hoping for a pull back tomorrow or Friday (Fridays have been good for pullbacks lately) to finish my position.
