This is an open question to the people on this thread. Could we try to understand Directory Services from the Gorilla Game model, per Geoffrey Moore et. al? Would you consider Directory Services to be in the early market or has it crossed the chasm? If it hasn't crossed the chasm, then what defining events must occur for Directory Services to cross the chasm ? There are many knowledgeable contributors to this thread and I would appreciate your views.
