Hi LG, I think the former... the DOW will work its way lower and the NAZ will work its way higher for a while... I know there are numerous arguments about the lateness of the business cycle and the recent talk of the new vs. the old economy... but, here I'll stay with my 'keep it simple' technical impression that the DOW has incurred some serious technical damage over the recent months and the NAZ has not... it will take some time for the DOW to repair itself, the NAZ has less need for repair at the moment..... GZ
