Amein - HKT is already listed on the NYSE (unless it is a different company). Why can't PCCW do a reverse and back into the HKT listing? Once a company is on the NYSE or the Nasdaq, they won't be delisted if their stock falls below $5.00. The type of move would not require application to list, since the listing exists. I cannot find anything that says HKT on the NYSE is an ADR, but if so, it must be 10 shares in US = 1 HK8.

Also, I hope to see Pcclf at $5-6 by June. I know that with their huge float, it will be take alot to increase the price. Before the HKT deal, PCCLF was over $4 and with HKT, it's value should move the stock higher. Also, the analysts are coming out favorably on PCCW, which should help the price.
