Richard,

Normally selling covered calls when a stock is stuck in a range is a pretty good move. In this case, however, aren't you worried that the SEC will make its decision before then? If it clears TYC (or slaps its hand a little) this will give TYC an opportunity to spin positive vibes to the public along with every analyst covering the stock (almost all at "strong buy").

April seems a long way off at this point.
