In terms of tech-like easy-to-understand stocks with Buffett-like qualities, I submit Pixar (PIXR).

Yeah, Pixar is the tops in the industry and has come down from it's TS2-related peak. All one has to do is buy and hold until their next Blockbuster (Shrek?) and watch it head North again!

Good choice.

I haven't read the Va law, but it seems that a Virginia state law could only affect verdicts in Virginia. You would need Federal legislation to control verdicts in the other 49 states. I think it could only control verdicts in Virginia.
