I'm visiting a university in Hong Kong now, and see Dell boxes everywhere. I was told that Dell is not the cheapest, but people here like its quality and brand name. Very easy to order a Dell on the net, and the purchasing department will take care of the payment. The PCs on campus are powerful, and connected to a fibre-optical network (faster than my own campus back in the States).
