Nice alternate However lest you think that you can "Rock & Roll" with the phone system, I should mention that a friend tried this too, but he reported that the line was busy.

It means that you'll have to keep trying both confirmation routes: Phone AND web, for whatever hits first.

I hit the 3, then got a fast busy signal. Same for 1,2 & 4 options. I also have premium services status. Got a rep on the line, but even he can't get an IPO rep to answer, so he bridged me over to his line. I now don't get a busy signal, but will have to wait in the que till someone answers.

Gonna be a lot of unhappy people over this. I also keep hammering away at the web site.......and you all know what's happening there.
