Huge numbers of March Calls traded today on both EGRP and AMTD. At strike prices both in and out of the money.

Could be a short position hoping to get by thru March. And then get another downturn.

Or could be buyers speculating on a run. The purchases at the 22 1/2 and 25 strikes could lend some upward pressure if EGRP stays strong through expiration. Big if. But that buying/exercising could add another $5 to the current run.

I guess the next big news out will be SCH trading volume in about a week. Last quarter they pre-announced good earnings at the same time if memory serves me. I expect the same again.
