Chinese from China, or of Chinese heritage? I mean, I wouldn't extrapolate from your dealings with Chinese from Taiwan, or HongKong, or Chinese immigrants. The point is not whether individual Chinese people are honorable - that's completely irrelevant to the point of whether the government of China can be trusted in business dealings, so that China is worth doing business with as a nation.
