McCain lost some of his cool last night with Chris Matthews, his biggest supporter, when Matthews mildly questioned him on his MI telephone calls lie. "I'll repeat this for the FIFTH time!..." blah blah blah, he said.

Of course Matthews buckled at the end of the questioning and resumed his lap dog "Soft Ball" program.

Looks like the McCain campaign is history.

Now it's just Shrub and Gore ... battle of the dunces.
