William, I agree. The DOW is bumping against its 10-day EMA (which looks like it is flattening). GE has held above the 10-day for a couple of days. MSFT looks like it may be coming back. IBM can't really go much below 100 (IMHO). T may be starting the IPO run. Interest rate picture can't get much worse. I think that with everybody (me too)thinking that the market is going to go lower, it may just surprise everyone and head MUCH HIGHER!!
