Charles-

<<With petroleum continuing to sky rocket, we should be making plenty of money just from the Charleston plant. Norm told us how the plant could have been started last spring and I explained why it should have been started and yet it never was.>>

I never did go down to Charleston to see the machine in action, did you (or anyone else care to comment)? It really seems incredulous to me with truck drivers protesting in Washington about the sky-high price of diesel that the processor that "works" sits idle. Don't you limited partners have any say in what goes on? Are you allowed to speak out? The silence on this board is deafening.

Maybe the government was correct is questioning the technology.

Charles, I don't think that the KPI deal has been cancelled, because Bill told us a long time ago that such an event would require a press release, such as the one after Chinese investor defaulted on the contract after making one payment.
However, the time schedule has obviously been screwed up--possibly by the KPI-Conoco Europe negotiations, which have, I gather, been going on since long before GOE got into the mix. So in this case I would say that no news, while it is not good news, is also not really bad news.
