Many of these stocks are at scary levels technically, and under normal times that would be prudent to help mitigate any downfall.

But I am hoping to consolidate, they move sideways until the averages catch up. That would mean that as sellers come in, buyers take their stock at these levels until the selling dries up.

However, I think that's the best case scenerio. Many here would admit privately (and even publically) that we're come very far, and very fast.

Is there enough money (energy) to keep these moving up? Sure, if analysts keep raising targets and money flows out of other sectors into chippies.

So....yes I am thinking about it, but haven't done it yet! <g>
