Hi Suzanne: Good post. As you know, there are a few good comments on RB, but most of it is pure theatre at this point. Theatre is fun, (sometimes), but in small doses.

My opinion of the SRX7/Chuckwalla comments is this:

1) Part of the frustration expressed is due to past history which is "justifiable", however, short-sighted, and hopefully, irrelevant to the current goings-on.

2) The financing is fantastic news, regardless of the short-term ramifications of a reverse-split. OTC-hell is NOT where we want to stay. A Nasdaq listing will open TSIG up to a huge investor base which will, with execution, make us forget about any short-term blips caused by a reverse-split.
As usual, the comments are reflective of a trader-mentality versus an investor mentality.

Chuckwalla is actually one of my favorite posters on RB. His thoughts are shared by many. Thankfully, I do not believe that ANYONE'S thoughts on either RB or SI, including my own, amount to squat concerning the success of TSIG!

Of course, the shareholders voices will be heard at the end of this month. My vote is "yes" to the financing/restructuring.

It is the ONLY vote which will allow TSIG to succeed, imo.
