I see the last article you posted refers to McGaw's plan to roll Teledesic into the new entity. My broker says he gets calls all the time from people wanting to get in on the Teledesic IPO "when it happens". The stock of the new entity could skyrocket and be cheap currency to pick up the Lor/G* assets. Maybe their group is holding the price down?

Fun to brainstorm but I don't particularly care for the possible outcome.
