called the company a couple of weeks ago and they said there was more than one chip in the Sony Playstation. I got the strong impression cirrus is also in it, but they have non-disclosure agreements so the preeminent companies can first take all the glory.>>>-

Ptrader,

The news around the most recent court case seems to be a positive note. Is the fact that the case has been moved up mean that CIRRUS has convinced the courts that they really have a strong case? How much in cash could this be worth? 50M 100M 200M. Is the final solution most likely royalties or the shut down of the competitor?

I view this issue as one of the critical issues in the Must to Do List for Cirrus. I maybe wrong but this just looks to be extremely important.

Regards,

Pokyscon.
