Yes, they have changed considerably. However, when you talk to them (which every active account holder must do every week) ask them really simple questions. You'll see that many don't know a d*mn thing. Yesterday I asked if my account value would be effected when some trades had settled and was told "No". What are they going to do, just take the money away?

I wouldn't be surprised if they tried. They sure do in other ways.
