RG, MOAT bid/ask dropped to .32 X .325 & my order for .34 still did,nt fill!! I cancelled the order! I am totally confused on the trading of MOAT!!!

ITEC Announces Appeal of Nasdaq Delisting Decision

SAN DIEGO, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Imaging Technologies Corporation
(Nasdaq: ITEC), a pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions,
today said it is immediately appealing the decision by Nasdaq to delist its
stock.
"ITEC is moving as expeditiously as possible to enable our stock to be
traded and quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board," said Brian Bonar,
ITEC CEO. Bonar added that the Nasdaq decision will not impact in any way the
daily business of the Company.
ITEC was notified after the close of trading on Wednesday, March 1, 2000,
of the decision by Nasdaq.
