WOW!!!!!! FGH @ 6 1/4, just hit BOOK VALUE* *Estimated book ($6.25) derived from Merrill Lynch which placed book for the merged Companies at $7.38 at Sept '99 and backing out the median ($1.13) estimated 4th quarter losses of ($1.10-$1.16). NOT GREAT; but beats the HELL out of Slider's predicted "3"!! NOTE: Just imagine what this company will sell for WHEN it REPORTS returning to profitability!!! HOWEVER, the statement: "For the full year (1999) the company expects to report a net loss of approximately $28 million to $30 million, or $1.06 to $1.14 per share." Followed by: "The Company anticipates significantly improved financial results for the current year (2000)." biz.yahoo.com RAISES MORE QUESTIONS than ANSWERS: What is meant by "significantly improved financial results for the current year"? Does that mean the Company will LOSE less than $28 to $30 million this year? Or, does it mean the Company will return to profitability this year? If the answer to the latter is YES, WHEN, (which quarter 1st, 2nd , end of the year) is the turn around expected? What gross and/or net profit margins may be expected? Will the backlog continue to diminish OR has it begun (or is it expected) to grow? It appears obvious the Company needs to become as proactive in dealing with Investors and Public Relations as they have in settling client disputes. WOW!
