My problem with Capellas is his seeming lack of concern for his shareholders. If rudedog is correct and the stock goes to 35 by April 15th because the incentive is there(that incentive being impact on Capellas' financial welfare), why couldn't he have shown the same interest earlier for the shareholders and our investments in the company. If Capellas only has the incentive to see that the share price rises when his personal financial future is on the line during a specific time frame, then we as shareholders are getting the shaft the rest of the time, imho.
