In London, Brent crude oil for April settlement rose as much
as 41 cents, or 1.4 percent, to $29.47 a barrel on the
International Petroleum Exchange. ``We recognize a need for additional production (this year),' Saudi Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi told reporters after the meeting. He said, though, that ``if you are seeking the number (of additional barrels), you are not going to get it today.' >>
