Use Brown & Co. - almost every morning between 4 AM and 6:30 AM have been getting the message "Sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties" (of course they never respond to your inquires asking when service will be available or what is the nature of the problem).

RickM, if you find a good online broker, let me know. I am furious at NDB for several reasons and ready to transfer my 5 different accounts. It took me 3 years to get this fed up.
