I did start a position this morning, for four reasons:
-The value seems good relative to peers.


Good. Actually, that one point says alot. Even in a down bio market last year, GLIA was where it is today (actually a little higher). No one has made the rational argument that things are any worse off than then (i.e., sales should return and grow); therefore, the downside should be limited even if the sector resets the clock to last summer.

Now, let's see if short-covering, the sector mania and management can give us the upside.
