Jeff, this move was telegraphed when management sold their shares to Liberty Surf. It would be interesting to find out if there is a disparity in pricing between the two transactions. Actually, the only remaining mystery is how large a disparity. LOL. On the plus side, my investment in XSNI has stimulated an interest in other European Internet investments.
