So the story finally ends. My sympathies for anyone who lost some bucks here, but permit me one chance to say I told you so.

There were warning signs all over the place for months.

That said, you are all cordially invited to join us on the 50% Gains thread if you like, and share your new picks there.

So shareholders get an opportunity

upon Liberty Surf's initial public offering." But only those "outside the United States".

I take this to mean that any shareholder, except those living in the United States, may use their proceeds to get Liberty Surf shares at the IPO offering price? Will the SEC let this fly?
