Rob, I happened to have quite a few COMS averaged at 30+/-.

The deal with the PALM spin off is to distribute 1.5 PALM
shares for every COMS share you own 6 months after today.

So, assume PALM stays at 50 and above 6 months later,
the day before the distribution date, COMS should be
at 50*1.5 + 25(the intrinsic value of COMS) = 100.

Given that COMS is traded at 83, and PALM at 50 is a
conservative estimate, I think buying more COMS here
makes sense.

Think about the worst case, even if PALM goes to 30 on the
distribution date, COMS should still worth
30*1.5 + 25 = 70

So, the downside risk is very small, in my opinion.
