I called X-Stream and I was told France and UK shareholders would get the IPO shares with their XSNI shares. HMMM They had no comment for other countries other than US would not be included, re: a violation of SEC rules or something. When I spoke to Dina she said all majority shareholders had agreed to the deal. The directors are getting their IPO shares she said no matter which country they are resident in. I guess my confusion is again how can you treat one share different than another! Some of the directors are Canadian and American. I guess if we want our fair share of the IPO we stick around and fight or we take what we have and move on.
