Here is a Gold Chart I did back in Q4 of 1999. It's a nice tutorial on how one can get support and resistance points from the Andrew's PitchForks.

both GZ and Chip are quite knowledgeable on the subtleties and intricacies of this very powerful tool.

If you are lucky GZ may even tell you how to calculate time turning points from the forks :)

Nice charts. Re: the long bond chart, have you thought about looking at the ten-year T-bond instead of the 30-year bond, since the gov.'s recent purchases of 30-year bonds may be artificially influencing the long rates?
