Jerry, 1.5 ratio is roughly based on the outstanding shares of COMS and PALM. As you know, COMS now holds more than 94% of PALM. After the distribution, there will be more than 500M shares outstanding PALM in the market, and these shares comes from the spin-off of the current COMS shareholders. There are about a little more than 300M shares of COMS outstanding, so in order to have more than 500M outstanding PALM shares, 1.5 share of PALM should be issued for each COMS share. be issued
