Jerry, 1.5 ratio is roughly based on the outstanding shares
of COMS and PALM.

As you know, COMS now holds more than 94% of PALM.
After the distribution, there will be more than 500M
shares outstanding PALM in the market, and these
shares comes from the spin-off of the current COMS
shareholders.

There are about a little more than 300M shares of
COMS outstanding, so in order to have more than
500M outstanding PALM shares, 1.5 share of PALM
should be issued for each COMS share.
