The other question to raise is the valuation of 3com with or without Palm. This company (Management)has disappointed the street with earnings for as long as I can remember. Does anyone really think that will change? I don't. There was a time when I was very hot on 3coms prospects. The stock had fallen from the 80's to the 40's and I thought "what a buy." Since then it has done nothing until recently. I admit the run has been great from 30 to over 100 but I question how long it will be before they see 50 AGAIN. Meanwhile.....back at the farm, CSCO, LU, NT and a bunch of others have done great...why didn't 3com? Management Period! JMO Gloop
