I don't know why you have to delete the temp file so often. Today QC apparently had server problems and maybe your deleting the temp file just coincided with their getting the server you were pointed at back on line. Who knows. I have literally never deleted and rebuilt the temp file. I only report this because there might be other issues with connection or system that cause the temp file to be corrupted in the first place. I don't have the expertise to even guess what might cause it, but maybe Gibbons on One List or others with more computer knowledge might be able to speculate why some users continually have to perform this task while others never do. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm only trying to help.

BTW, MtnView5 worked well for me today without any of the reported problems. If there is instability tomorrow, you might try pointing to that server.
