JT, Isn't it better to have your TS department send the instruction to all CyberX users, instead of having all users to overwhelm your phone system? Thanks for your suggestion. In an effort to help the transition process go smoothly, we usually phase our customers into a new release. Thus we will send out an email to a quarter of the customers one day, another quarter the next, and so forth until our entire CyBerX customer base has been notified.
