what do you mean one day wonders? i watch a whole bunch of stocks, and most of them go up by absolutely stunning percentages day in day out. the only thing that looks labored to me is the selling...
now and then a stock gets shot down , like LU...look what happened to it yesterday. a little bit of financial engineering and it's right back to where it was before.
excluded from this observation are transports, cyclicals, banks, drugs, basic materials, etc.
